梅州市五华经济开发区土地集约利用评价研究

Study on Intensive Utilization of Land in Wuhua Economic Development Zone of Meizhou

以广东省梅州市五华经济开发区为研究对象,构建土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用AHP法确定各层次指标的权重,综合运用趋势分析法、多因素评价法等方法定量评价梅州五华经济开发区土地集约利用程度。评价结果表明:梅州五华经济开发区总体水平不高,其中管理绩效对开发区土地利用集约度的影响贡献最显著,但土地利用状况和用地效益相对较低。最后根据评价结果和研究区实际情况,对五华经济开发区土地集约利用提出合理性的建议。

Taking Wuhua Economic Development Zone as an example,an evaluation index system for intensive utilization of land was constructed,AHP was used to determine each index＇s weighted coefficient and trend analysis,multi-factor synthesis method were applied to evaluate quantitatively intensive utilization of land in Wuhua Economic Development Zone.The results indicated that the intensive degree of land use in Wuhua Economic Development Zone was low,management performances were most remarkable to influence intensive utilization of land in development zone,but the state of land exploitation and land use benefits were relatively low.According to the results and actual situation,some proposals on improving intensive level of land in Wuhua Economic Development Zone were put forward.
