硅酸盐细菌解钾活性的研究 被引量:18

摘要 由辽宁南部菜田土中分离出GK,BK2林硅酸盐细菌,在纯培养条件下,用钾长石为底物解钾量可达397%、32.3%;施入土壤中,无作物的情况下,在草甸棕壤上中速效钾可提高110.6%,山地棕壤上中速效钾可提高335.1%;在栽种西红柿条件下,植物总钾与土壤中速钾量高于对照,同时土壤中途钾量比对照降低,并有刺激植物生长和吸收钾的作用。 Two strains of silicate bacteria, GK and BK, isolated from vegetable field in Southem part ofLiaoning Province were studied in pure culture conditions with potassium feldspar as substrate.The amount of released potassium was as high as 39. 7% and 32. 3 % respectively. When appliedinto brown loam of grassy marshiand without any crops, the quick - acting potassium was increased by 110. 6%. When applied into brown loam of mountainous area, the qulck-actingpotasstim was increased by 335. 1 %. Under the conditions of planting tomato, the total amountof potassaium from plant and qulck-acting potassium from soil was higher than control. At thesame time, the quick - acting potassium in the soil decreased as compared with the control. Theystimulated the plant's growth and the absorption role of potassium.
