摘要
通过对蟋蟀科北京油葫芦GrylusmitratusBurmeister精子顶体复合体超微结构的观察发现其顶体外层具有固定的形状,顶体本体内具有一些丝状物,与前人描述的蝗总科精子顶体复合体相比较,虽然两者的顶体复合体都为三层结构,但在顶体外层及顶体本体结构上却存在着明显的差异。
This paper
describes the ultrastructures of sperm acrosomal complex of Gryllus mitratus Burmeister
belonging the family of Gryllidae. The extra acrosomal layer takes a regular form, and several
filament materials are contained in the acrosome obviously. Compared with acrosomal complex
of the sperm of Acridoidea, the acrosomal complex possessing three layer structures is a
common character shared with Gryllus mitratus. The structural difference between Acridoidea
and Grylllus mitratus presents that the extra acrosomal layer of the former is occupied by
lots of vesicles, and there are not the filament materials in acrosome.
