摘要
以空气为气化介质,稻壳为原料,在热功率750 kW自热式流化床装置上,分别进行了不加床料和以石英砂为床料的气化试验,重点考察了床料对生物质流化床气化的影响。结果表明:两种情况的流化床都能实现生物质气化,加入床料后,生物质原料流化性能得到改善,流化床轴向温度分布趋于均匀,稳定气化阶段燃气热值由4 912 kJ/m3升高到5 115 kJ/m3,碳转换率由81%上升到86%,气化效率由62%提高到65%。
The performance of rice husks gasification in a 750 kW fluidied bed gasifier with quartz sand as the bed material was compared to that without bed material.The effects of the bed material on the biomass gasification in fluidized bed was studied.The results showed that:with quartz sand as the bed material,The fluidizing characteristics of biomass was improved;The temperature in the gasifier became uniform,the low gas heat value of the producer gas is increased from 4 912 kJ/m3 to 5 115 kJ/m3,the carbon conversion rate is increased from 81% to 86%,and the gasification efficiency is increased from 62% to 65%.
