基于热解气加热的小型固定床垃圾热解装置

摘要 在大量试验的基础上开发了以热解气为基本燃料、液化石油气为补充燃料的小型外热式固定床热解试验装置。装置的关键技术是采用了一种带小火烧嘴的双旋流燃烧器,此燃烧器具有工况范围宽、燃烧充分等特点,为热解气直接用于热解炉燃烧加热奠定了基础。引入了热解能源回收率的概念,介绍了测定热解能源回收率的方法。 A small externally heated fixed-bed pyrolyzer was developed based on a great deal of trials.The pyrolysis gas was used as the main fuel,with LGP(Liquefied petroleum gas)as the subsidiary fuel.The key technology of this equipment is that a double swirl burner which has a small fire nozzle is used.The burner's advantages such as wide operating range and full combustion laid a foundation for directly combustion of the pyrolysis gas for heating the pyrolyzer.The concept of ERR(Energy recovery rate)was introduced in this paper,and the method to determine it was also presented.
