Survivin、FAK在脑星形细胞瘤中的表达与意义

摘要 目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin、局灶黏附激酶(FAK)的表达与脑星形细胞瘤生物学行为的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测survivin、FAK在90例经病理证实级别的脑星形细胞瘤中的表达,并选取10例正常脑组织的表达作为对照。结果:肿瘤组和对照组的survivin、FAK表达差异均有显著性,survivin、FAK的高表达与肿瘤细胞的恶性程度呈正相关,survivin与FAK的表达呈正相关。结论:survivin、FAK与脑星形细胞瘤的发生、恶性程度关系密切,是理想的诊断标记物和治疗靶点的选择。 Objective:To explore the expression of apoptosis inhibitor gene survivin,focal adhesion kinase(FAK) and its relation with astrocytoma's biological behavior.Methods:The expression of survivin and FAK in 90 cases of astrocytoma was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method.And the expression 10 cases of the normal brain tissue was selected as control.Results:Significant differences of survivin and FAK expression existed between the tumor group and the control group.High expression of survivin and FAK was positively related to the malignant degree of tumor cells.Expressions of survivin and FAK showed positive relation.Conclusion:Survivin and FAK are closely related with the occurrence of astrocytoma and its malignant degree,which can be used as ideal biological indexes for the evaluation of invasiveness and prognosis of astrocytomas.
