CCR7和VEGF-C表达与喉癌淋巴结转移的关系

Correlation of CCR7 and VEGF-C expression with lymphatic metastasis in laryngeal carcinoma

目的:探讨喉鳞状细胞癌(简称喉鳞癌)中趋化因子受体7(CCR7)及血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的相互关系及其与喉癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法:选取40例喉鳞癌的存档蜡块为实验组,应用免疫组织化学方法检测以上组织中CCR7及VEGF-C的表达,并结合临床病历资料进行统计学分析。结果:CCR7和VEGF-C蛋白在喉癌组织中呈强阳性表达,且CCR7和VEGF-C的表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而且在淋巴结转移组阳性率及表达强度均高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:CCR7和VEGF-C与喉癌的淋巴结转移密切相关,联合内镜活检组织中的表达有助于预测喉癌早期淋巴结转移的发生。

Objective：To detect the expressions of CC chemokine receptor 7（CCR7） and blood vessels endothelial growth factor-C（VEGF-C） in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma（LSCC） and to explore the interrelationship and their relation with lymph node metastasis of LSCC.Methods：40 samples of LSCC tissues were selected as the experimental group.The expression of CCR7 and VEGF-C in all the tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and combined with clinical medical data to be statistically analyzed.Results：CCR7 and VEGF-C protein in laryngeal carcinoma showed strong positive expression,and the expression of CCR7 and VEGF-C was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Also the positive rate in the lymph node metastasis and expression intensity were higher than those without lymph node metastasis,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of CCR7 and VEGF-C is closely related to laryngeal cancer lymph node metastasis in laryngeal cancer,the joint detection of the two factors in endoscopic biopsy tissues can help to predict the occurrence of early lymph node metastasis in laryngeal cancer.
