Comparison of Environmental Awareness between China and Western Countries

中西方环境意识思想存在着显著差异。通过从联系紧密的三个面向——环境意识概念、不同学科影响和环境意识建构载体进行比较,研究发现:不同预设的中西方环境意识概念差别较大,西方介入环境意识探讨和推动的学科接续性和贯通性较好,中国则出现了学科的无法接续,环境意识建构与社会进程、社会制度和公民社会成长关系密切。

There are remarkable differences between environmental awareness between China and western countries. When comparing the concepts of environmental awareness, influences from different disciplines, and the carriers of environmental awareness, we come to the conclusion that the continuity and coherence of disciplines concerning the probation and improvement of environmental awareness in western countries are desirable, while the continuity of disciplines in China is severed. The construction of environmental awareness is closely related to social develooment, social system and the growth of cilizens.
