摘要
通过对我国监理从业人员的现状分析,提出了该行业可持续发展亟需解决的重大人才战略瓶颈问题及对策。
The qualification state of personnel engaged in construction supervision is analyzed.The bottleneck problems of increase of construction supervisor qualification and the solution of such problems for realization of sustainable development are discussed.
