摘要
利用数值模拟方法研究了双侧吸通风气流组织方式对干熄焦筛焦楼火车装焦的尘源控制效果,得到了双侧吸风的尘源捕集效率与排风罩设计参数之间的函数关系式,并进行无量纲分析,实现了对尘源完全控制时所需的最小风量。
Numerical simulation method is used to study the effect of dust controlling of CDQ(coke dry quenching)by bilateral air suction.The function relationship is got between dust-source collection efficiency and design parameter of exhaust hood.Non-dimensional analysis is also done to get the smallest exhaust volume of bilateral suction when dust is completely controlled.
