摘要
针对高速电主轴的耦合分析,考虑到结合面接触热阻和润滑剂黏温变化对其热态特性影响的同时,以轴承拟静力学模型描述了径向刚度函数,建立了一种高速电主轴热态特性与动力学特性耦合分析模型。分析了轴承离心力软化效应和热诱导预紧力硬化效应联合作用下的支撑刚度变化规律及其对主轴系统动力学性能的影响。仿真分析与实验结果验证了本文模型的有效性。
A coupling analysis model of thermal and dynamic characteristics was built for the high-speed motorized spindle. In the model, the thermal contact resistance of joints and the effect of the lubricant viscosity variation with temperature were considered, the radial stiffness function of the bearing was described by a quasi-static model of bearing. The variation of the supporting stiffness under the combined action of the softening effect of bearing centrifugal force and the hardening effect of thermally induced preload and its effect on the dynamic characteristics of spindle system were analyzed. Simulation and experiment results proved the established model satisfied the need of coupling analysis for the high-speed motorized spindle.
