摘要
概述了汽车用钢板弹簧的结构和工作原理,在分析钢板弹簧受力及形变特性的基础上,构建了基于UG和ABAQUS的钢板弹簧有限元模型,对钢板弹簧进行极限载荷下的刚度与强度分析。仿真结果表明:所采用的少片簧较好地满足了刚度与强度的要求。经实际车辆道路测试,汽车钢板弹簧采用少片簧完全能够满足汽车的行驶需要,从而验证了少片簧对汽车底盘轻量化的有效性。少片簧减轻了重量,节约了成本,为以后钢板弹簧的轻量化设计提供了依据。
The structure and working principle of automobile leaf spring is outlined in this paper.On the basis of the analysis of stress and deformation features of leaf spring,finite element model of the leaf spring is constructed based on UG and ABAQUS,ultimate load of the leaf spring on stiffness and strength is analyzed.Simulation results show that the small leaf spring satisfies the requirements of the stiffness and strength better.Through the actual vehicle road test,small leaf spring can meet the needs of the running car,which verifies the small leaf spring on the effectiveness of lightweight chassis.Small leaf spring reduces weight,saves the cost.This method provides the basis of lightweight design of leaf spring for the future.
