摘要
对BY-CG-300型汽车底盘测功机底盘输出功率试验台的工作原理、数据采集以及底盘输出功率试验台与上位机之间的数据通信等方面进行了系统论述,采用VisualBasic语言编程实现数据在AT89C52单片机与上位机之间的传输,同时开发了底盘输出功率检测软件,对BY-CG-300型汽车底盘测功机底盘输出功率试验台的检测系统进行了升级改造,最后对其检测系统进行了试验验证,结果表明该设计方案是成功的,满足了广东省汽车综合性能检测站技术升级改造的要求,对广东省汽车综合性能检测站的技术升级改造具有重要指导作用和意义。
The working principle,data collection and communication between the upper computer and the BY-CG-300 automobile chassis output power testing platform is put forward elaborately in the article.Using VB program,the data transmission of AT89C52 single chip and the upper computer is carried out.At the same time,the chassis output power testing software is developed.Upgrading transformation of the BY-CG-300 automobile chassis output power testing platform is completed.At last,the detect system is validated by the experiment successfully.It is pointed out that the design method is successful.It meets the upgrading transformation demands of the comprehensive performance testing station.The testing system has some guidance effects and significance on upgrading transformation of the comprehensive performance testing station in Guangdong Province.
