环磷酰胺诱导小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核阳性率分析 被引量:1

摘要 对环磷酰胺(40mg/kgBW)诱导昆明小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率进行了统计分析,结果表明:微核率均值雌性为3168,标准差为941;雄性为2832,标准差为767,阴性对照组微核率均值雌性为178,标准差为055;雄性为168,标准差为045,环磷酰胺组(40mg/kgBW)微核率与阴性对照同性别微核率相比,均有极显著性差异(P<001)。经F检验,环磷酰胺组和阴性对照组每组雌、雄两性平均微核率相比方差是齐性,且雌、雄两性微核率均无显著性差异(P<001)。认为军事医学科学院实验动物中心提供的昆明小鼠在我们实验室用环磷酰胺(40mg/kgBW)诱导的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率基本上是稳定的。用环磷酰胺做微核实验阳性物是可取的,并可以考虑每年只做一次阳性率。 Statistical analysis was done for the rate of micronucleus of bone marrow cell of Kunming mouse.induced by Cyclophosphamide (40 mg/kgBW) in our lab,the mouse were provided by Chinese Academic of Military Medicine.It showed that mean value of the rate of micronucleus for female is 31.68,standard deviation was 941,and for male was 2832,standard deviation was 7.67 in Cyclophosphamide group;In negative control group,mean value of the rate of micronucleus for female is 1.78,standard deviation was 0.55,and for male was 1.68,standard deviation was 0.45. In both group,there is not a significant difference between female and male (P>0.01).it is thought that rate of micronucleus induced by Cyclophosphamide were basically stable.It is applicable to use Cyclophosphamide (40mg/kgBW) to do positive test of micronucleus,and it is suggested that it be done only once per year.
