Data Analysis of Suspected Adverse Events Following Immunization in Dalian in 2009

目的了解大连市2009年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测系统的运转情况。方法用描述性流行病学分析对大连市2009年的疑似预防接种异常反应监测数据进行分析和评价。结果 2009年大连市AEFI监测系统共报告发生反应的133例,报告发生率为1.49/10万。其中,其中一般反应109例,占83.8%;异常反应6例,占4.6%;偶合症15例,占11.6%。疫苗反应中最常见的为发热75例(占56.39%)和不伴过敏性休克的过敏反应5例(占3.76%)。结论大连市AEFI监测系统运转良好,但需进一步完善,可操作性需进一步加强。

Objective To understand the running of the suspected AEFI surveillance system of Dalian.Methods Epidemiological data of suspected AEFI cases in Dalian city in 2009 were analyzed.Results The total of 133 AEFI cases was reported in Dalian in 2009,and the reported incidence rate of AEFI was 1.49/100 000,including 109 cases due to the general reaction of vaccination.which occupied 83.8%of the cases.6 cases due to the abnormal reaction of vaccination,which occupied 4.6%of the cases;15 coincident cases which occupied 11.6%.Among vaccine reaction reported,the most common events were fever and other allergic reaction,which occupied 56.39%of the cases and 3.76%.Conclusion The AEFI surveillance system of Dalian is running well,but it should be further improved and strengthened.
