本研究综述薄层扫描法的定义、基本原理和方法,详述了在薄层色谱与生药的鉴别、药品中杂质检查、反相薄层色谱(RPTLC)应用、中药指纹图谱分析、药物和药物代谢、毒物分析和法医化学及农药等方面的应用,另外对近年来的一些研究进展作了简介。

In this paper,the definition of TLC,the basic principles and methods,detailed in the thin layer chromatography and identification of raw drugs, drug impurities in check,RP TLC（RPTLC） applications,TCM fingerprint analysis,drug and drug metabolism,toxicology and forensic aspects of chemical and pesticide applications,while some of the research progress in recent years were introduced.
