参芪降糖颗粒联合格列喹酮治疗2型糖尿病170例的临床观察

Clinical Effects of Shenqi Jiangtang Granule Combined with Gliquidone on 170 Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察参芪降糖颗粒联合格列喹酮片治疗2型糖尿病170例的疗效及不良反应。方法从慢性病干预组选170例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,治疗组85例,用参芪降糖颗粒配合格列喹酮治疗;对照组85例,单用格列喹酮治疗。24周后观察疗效,监测空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、午餐前血糖、晚餐前血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果治疗组患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平较对照组得到了良好控制,两组血糖值和糖化血红蛋白值比较,有明显差异。治疗组出现了2例低血糖反应,而对照组出现了16例低血糖反应,与治疗组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论参芪降糖颗粒联合格列喹酮治疗糖尿病疗效确切,低血糖反应明显减少,急诊率,住院率降低,联合用药的安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shenqi Jiangtang granule（SJG） combined with gliquidone on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods 170 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into 2 groups.Among those 85 cases in the treatment group were submitted with SJG combined gliquidone by oral-taken,while another 85 cases were treated by oral-taken gliquidong only as the control group.Both groups were treated for 24 weeks.The plasma levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,blood glucose of post-meal 2 hours（2hBG）,blood glucse before lunch,blood glucose before supper,blood-fat as well as glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc） were measured before and after treatment,respectively.Results The plasma levels of FBG,HbAlc and blood-fat were improved in both groups,however,the FBG and HbAlc levels in treatment group decreasded more significant（P 0.05）.The hospitalization rate and emergency treatment rate were also decreased obviously in both groups.There were 2 hypoglycemia reactions occurrenced in treatment group,while 16 cases developed hypoglycemia reaction in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion It suggested that SJG combined with gliquidone has certain curative effect on T2DM patients,which could reduced FBG,HbAlc levels obviously,and with a few incidence rate of hypoglycemia reaction.Thus,it might be a more safe and effective medication for patients with T2DM.
