摘要
目的:通过观察不同促透方法下外用草乌提取物对动物生理指标的影响,寻找促进药物透皮吸收的最佳条件和方法。方法:将大鼠随机分为5组,即模型组、单纯给药组、促透剂组、低频电磁复合脉冲组(仪器组)、促透剂+仪器组。以10%蛋清液对大鼠足跖皮下注射,制造急性炎症模型,用排水容积法测量大鼠足跖容积,以大鼠足跖肿胀率、足跖肿胀抑制率为指标,观察在不同促透方法下草乌提取液的抗炎作用。结果:仪器组在致炎后第9h的足跖肿胀率与模型组及单纯给药组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05)。仪器+促透剂组的足跖肿胀率与模型组相比,第1、3、6h有极显著差异(P<0.01),第9h有显著差异(P<0.05);与单纯给药组相比,致炎后第1、3h有极显著差异(P<0.01),第9、12h有显著差异(P<0.05);与促透剂组相比,致炎后第3h有极显著差异(P<0.01);与仪器组相比,致炎后第3h有极显著差异(P<0.01),第1h有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用促透剂、低频电磁复合脉冲刺激,以及二者联合促进草乌提取物的透皮吸收,能对蛋清溶液所致的急性炎症有明显的抑制作用,促透剂与低频电磁复合脉冲刺激对促进药物的透皮吸收发挥药效有协同作用。
Objective : The aim of this research is finding out the best conditions and methods to promote the penetrating absorption of drug by observing the effect of different promoting penetration ways on the rate of meaeonitine kusnezoff monkshood root extractive of velocity the influence of external extractive of kusnezoff monkshood root on animal physiological indicators under these different methods. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into five groups:model group,drug group ( extracts of kusnezoff monkshood root), penetration enhancers group, instrument box unit ( low frequency transduction) ,penetration enhancers add instrument group. Inject rats on the voix pedis by using 10% albumen solution, manu-facture acute inflammation models, metatarsus the capacity of rats'voix pedis and take the swelling rate of rats'voix pedis after manufacturing models and swelling curb rate of voix pedis as indicators and observe the anti inflammatory effect of extractive of kusnezoff monkshood root by using different ways to promote penetrating. Results: the instrumentation group the swelling rates respectively in the ninth hour after leading to inflammation having significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) compared with model group and giving only drug group. In the instrumentation and chemical preparations of promoting group the swelling rates respectively respectively in the first, third, sixth ninth and twelfth hour having extremely signifi- cant differences( P 〈0.01)in the first, third and sixth hour and having significant differences( P 〈0.05)in the ninth hour. Compared with giving drug only group, extremely significant differences appear in the third hour( P 〈 0.01 ) in the first and third hour and significant differences( P 〈 0.05 ) appear in the ninth and twelfth hour. Compared with chemical preparations of promoting group, there are extremely significant differences ( P 〈 0.01 ) in the third hour. Compared with the instrumentation group, there are extremely significant differences( P 〈0.01 )in the third hour and significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the first hour. Conclusions : Using chemical preparations of promoting, low frequency electromagnetic composite pulse as well as the joint application of chemical preparations of promoting and low frequency electromagnetic pulse to stimulate have significant restrainability to acute inflammation causing by albumen solution. We also find that chemical preparations of promoting and low frequency electromagnetic composite pulse have good cooperation in promoting drug absorption through skin and taking effect.
