白及胶对宫颈糜烂大鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:14

The Effect of Bletillastriatagelatin on Immune Function in Animal Model

摘要 目的:探讨收敛生肌中药白及胶对宫颈糜烂大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:以25%苯酚胶浆诱发大鼠子宫颈糜烂模型,SD大鼠[n=60,体重:(250±25)g]随机分为6组:正常组、模型组、双唑泰组(0.216g/kg)、白及胶低、中、高剂量组(0.12g/kg、0.3g/kg和0.6g/kg)。采用阴道给药,0.1mL/100g,每日1次,共12日,模型组给予空白基质胶剂,正常组不予处理。末次给药24h后处死动物,切取阴道至子宫分角处组织,免疫组化分析法检测L-1β和TNF-α的平均灰度值及平均光密度值来表示其阳性细胞表达。结果:各治疗组阴道及宫颈组织中IL-1β和TNF-α阳性表达均显著减少,治疗后IL-1β、TNF-α的阳性表达接近正常组(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01);治疗组间比较,以白及胶高剂量组对大鼠阴道宫颈组织L-1β、TNF-α阳性表达的影响尤为显著(P<0.05)。结论:白及胶能与下调IL-1β、TNF-α介导的炎症反应,调节宫颈糜烂大鼠的免疫功能,这可能是其治疗宫颈糜烂的机制之一。 Objectove: To explore the effects of astringent and promoting granulation drug Bletillastriatagelatin (BSG) on the immunological function in experimental rats with cervical erosion. Method: Use 25% Phenol mucilage induced the rat cervical erosion model, SD rat [ n = 60, weight: ( 250 + 25g) ] were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group,the Metronidazole,Clotrimazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate (MCCA) group (0. 216g/kg), and BSG with low,medium and high dose group (0. 12g/kg,0.3g/kg and 0. 5g/kg). With vaginal delivery, 0. lmL/100g, lday, 12days, but model group were given a blank matrix suppository and do nothing to the normal group. 24 hours after the last administration, animals were killed, Vagina to the uterus was cut sub -comer organizations, immunohistochemical assay L - 1β and TNF -α the average gray value and the average optical density value to express their positive cells. Result: Treatment groups in vaginal and cervical tissue IL-1β and TNF - α expression were significantly reduced after treat-ment, IL- 1β ,TNF-α positive expression similar to normal group ( P 〉 0.05 ), compared with model group difference was significant ( P 〈0.01 ) ,BSG high dose group on rat vaginal cervical tissue expression of EGF is particularly significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Bletillastriatagelatin with reduced IL-1β, TNF - α- mediated inflammation, and regulate the immune function of rats with cervical erosion, which may be one of the mechanisms of cervical erosion.
