四子种王胶囊对大鼠生精细胞损伤的保护

Effect of Sizizhongwang Jiaonang on Nitric Oxide Synthetase and Antioxidation System of Testis Tissue in Rat with Impaired Spermatogenic Cells

目的:观察四子种王胶囊对生精细胞损伤模型大鼠睾丸组织一氧化氮合酶和抗氧化系统的影响。方法:以腺嘌呤灌胃SD大鼠,诱发生精细胞损伤大鼠模型。测定服用四子种王胶囊前后大鼠睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮合酶活性及一氧化氮、丙二醛含量。结果:四子种王胶囊可提高生精细胞损伤大鼠睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低一氧化氮合酶活性及一氧化氮、丙二醛含量。结论:四子种王胶囊对腺嘌呤诱发的大鼠生精细胞损伤具有保护作用。

Objective ：To explore the mechanism of Sizizhongwangjiaonang in treating male infertility and its effect On the nitrieoxide synthase and antioxidation system of testis Tissue. Method：The rat model with impaired spermatogenie Cell was established by lavaging SD rat with adenine The levels of superoxide dismutase, mitreoxide, nitrogen monoxidum and malonaldehyde were measured in rat testis tissue before and after administrating Sizizhongwangjiaonang. Results ： The superoxide dismutase level in testis tissue of model rat was increased while the niticoxide synthase, nitrogen monoxidum and malonaldehyde levels were decreased after administration with Sizizhongwangjiaonang. Conclusion：Sizizhongwanjiaonang has a protective effect on rat with impaired spermatogenic cell induced by adenine.
