摘要
目的:研究二陈汤的配伍机制;方法:采用混料均匀试验设计对二陈汤方中组成药味及药量进行加减拆方,并选择止咳、化痰两个药理指标,对所得11个处方分别进行药理实验,采用关联度分析和二次多项式逐步回归分析将所得药理数据和处方组成进行处理,用现代科学方法研究二陈汤的配伍机制;结果:证明了方中以半夏为君、以陈皮为臣、佐以茯苓、使以甘草的配伍关系,与该复方中药的传统诠释相一致;结论:本研究为探讨复方总要的配伍机制提供了有意义的尝试。
Objective:To study the compatibility of the ErChen decoction;Methods:Ethanol extract test solutions of the different combinations were prepared according to the uniform design of experiments with mixtures ( U114 ), pharmacologic experiments, such as arresting cough, resolving phlegm, the diuretic effect were carried out with relationed grade analisis and quadratic stepwise regression analisis were applie.d to interrelationship between the amount of each drug and the phar- macologic data;Results:The results con-firmed Rhizoma pinelliae and Pericarpium citri reticulatae are the basis medicines of the decoction,while Poria and Licorice are the adjuvant of it;Conclusion :This study provided a significant try of stud- ying the compatibility of composite herbal medicines.
