升阳益胃汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征重叠餐后不适综合征的疗效观察

Effect of Shengyangyiwei Decoction on Diarrhea-dominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Coexisting with Postprandial Distress Syndrome

目的:探讨升阳益胃汤治疗肠易激综合征重叠餐后不适综合征的疗效。方法:40名患者完全随机分成中药组和西药组。中药组予升阳益胃汤治疗,西药组予曲美布汀胶囊和地衣芽孢杆菌胶囊治疗。治疗4周后,各组进行症状积分和证候积分评价。结果:①升阳益胃汤能降低患者腹泻、腹痛、餐后饱胀不适积分以及总积分(P<0.05),对早饱无明显改善作用(P>0.05),改善腹泻积分优于西药组(P<0.05);②升阳益胃汤能降低患者脾虚湿盛证候的主症、次症积分以及证候总积分(P<0.05),改善泄泻、便前腹痛、餐后脘痞、纳差、嗳气、神疲乏力以及苔腻等症(P<0.05),对改善舌淡尚无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤能有效治疗肠易激综合征重叠餐后不适综合征,改善患者脾虚湿盛证候。

Objective： To investigate effect of Shengyangyiwei decoction on diarrhea - dominant irritable bowel syndrome coexisting with postprandial distress syndrome. Methods ： 40 patients were divided into TCM group and western medicine group by complete randomized design. TCM group was treated by Shengyangyiwei decoction, and western medi- cine group was treated by Trimebutine and Bacillus Licheniformis. The summation of clinical symptom and syndrome were analyzed after 4 - week treatment. Results ： ①Shengyangyiwei decoction can improve diarrhea, abdominal pain, postpran- dial distress and synthetic score （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Difference of effect on modifying early satiety was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; ②Shengyangyiwei decoction can depress scores of primary and secondary symptoms and syndrome （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and improve symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain before stool, epigastric distress, poor appetite, fatigue, belching and greasy tongue coating （ P 〈 0.05）. Difference of effect on modifying pale tongue was not significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Shengyangyiwei decoction can effectively treat diarrhea - dominant irritable bowel syndrome coexisting with post-prandial distress syndrome, and improve syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation.
