摘要
斜拉索是深圳万科中心结构的重要构件,监测拉索在施工及运营期间的受力状态非常重要。本文在深圳万科中心工程中采用了一种基于光纤光栅智能筋的索力监测方法,即在拉索制作过程中,将光纤光栅智能筋布设到平行钢丝拉索中,利用智能筋与钢丝协同变形,实现拉索索力的监测。分析了光纤光栅智能索的基本原理及其在深圳万科中心中的应用结果。现场监测结果表明,光纤光栅智能索能有效监测拉索索力。
The stayed cables are important components of Shenzhen Vanke Center,it's significant to monitor their strained condition during construction and operation.One way to monitor the stained condition of the stayed cables for the Vanke Center project is introduced in this paper.The smart Fiber Bragg Grating bars are implemented parallel to the steel wires of the suspension cables,and the stained condition of cables could be monitored due to the conjunct deformation of the smart bars and steel wires.The basic principles of the smart bars as well as their effects of application in Vanke Center are analyzed.The result on site monitoring shows that the smart Fiber Bragg Grating bars can monitor the stained condition of cables effectively.
