摘要
碳纤维薄板(Carbon Fiber Laminate,简称CFL)加固RC梁的疲劳寿命是CFL加固RC梁的关键问题之一。以CFL加固RC梁为对象,利用ANSYS程序建立CFL加固RC梁有限元非线性模型,对加固梁的疲劳寿命进行了数值分析,计算出加固梁的疲劳寿命。将ANSYS计算值与试验值进行对比,计算得出的加固梁的疲劳寿命与极限疲劳强度所对应的载荷及试验所得到的结果较吻合,说明有限元非线性模型和计算方法是可行的。同时还分析了碳纤维板厚度和弹性模量对加固梁疲劳寿命的影响,为构件的抗疲劳设计提供了新的方法。
One of the key mechanical problems of strengthening RC beams with carbon fiber laminate(CFL) is the fatigue life of the beams.ANSYS is used to establish nonlinear finite element nonlinear model of CFL reinforced RC beam.Based on the model,numerical simulation analysis is carried out and the fatigue life of reinforced concrete beams is calculated.Compared with the experimental data,the fatigue life of reinforced concrete beams is calculated,and fatigue strength agree well.The result shows the non-linear finite element model and calculation method are feasible.The affection of the carbon fiber thickness and elastic modulus is analyzed on the fatigue life of reinforced concrete beams.This method provides a new approach of anti-fatigue design.
