摘要
目的研制1％联苯苄唑凝胶剂并进行质量评价。方法用卡波姆-981作为基质，三乙醇胺为中和剂，加入联苯苄唑、丙二醇、甘油、吐温、防腐剂、清凉剂等制成凝胶剂；采用高效液相色谱法测定联苯苄唑的含量。结果制备的1％联苯苄唑凝胶剂细腻、光洁，湿热条件下稳定性好，含量测定简单易行。结论该凝胶剂配方合理，工艺科学，符合中国药典2005年版的规定。
Objective To prepare bifonazole gel and determine the content of bifonazole, and evaluate its quality. Methods The content of bifonazole was measured by applying HPLC in the gel made of Carbopol-981 as matrix and triethanolamines as neutralizer with adding bifonazole, propylene glycol, glycerol, Tween, and preservative. Results The gel was homogenous and transparent with reliable stability, and easy to determine its content. Conclusion Way to formulate the gel is scientific which complied with Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition.
