摘要
环境湿度较大(≥75%)时,生态地板使用的高密度纤维板坯料因吸收空气中的水分致使含水率增加。当水分从地板侧面进入时,即在边部形成较大的含水率梯度,并由此导致侧向弯曲出现。试验证明,边板在40%~50%湿度下养生、中板封闭养生可以较好地降低含水率梯度和控制成品侧弯的出现。
In environment of high humidity(≥75%),the printed direct laminates(PDL)using HDF as the substrate and would hence absorb moisture from the environment resulting in the elevated moisture gradient from the board side,which would eventually lead to the lateral bending.Test results showed that when side plates in environment humidity of 40%~50%,the middle plates closed can better control product moisture gradient and the occurrence of lateral bending.
