摘要
综述了维管组织分化研究的一些重要结果，包括维管组织分化调节、细胞壁蛋白及其基因特异表达、次生壁加厚过程中微管蛋白和木质素合成、与细胞自溶作用相关的酶以及一些维管组织分化相关基因的研究。
The studies on molecular biology of vascular tissue differentiation had made a great progress. In this paper, the authors reviewed some important studies on the regulation of differentiation, the specific expression of cell wall proteins and their genes, the synthesis of tubulin and lignin during the secondary thickening, some enzymes involved in the autolysis of cell contents, and some genes associated with the differentiation.
