成人肾上腺神经母细胞瘤一例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma，NB）是常见的好发于幼儿期的交感或副交感神经节的恶性实质肿瘤。96％的病例发生在10岁以前，其中发生于肾上腺部位者约占50％。而成人发生NB的罕见，发生在肾上腺的NB更为罕见。
