摘要 乳腺癌干细胞(BCSCs)在乳腺癌的发生、发展、治疗抵抗性、转移及复发中起到了关键作用,为此就乳腺癌干细胞的起源,分选鉴定方法和信号通路、微环境等对BCSCs的的调控关系及其在乳腺癌治疗中的意义进行综述。 Breast cancer stem cells may be the key to coming on,development,resistance in therapy,metaptosis and recrudescence of breast cancer.This paper reviews the origin,the methods of sorting and identification,regulatory pathway,microenviroment and the new potential therapeutic targets elucidated by considering breast cancer as a problem in stem cell biology.
