汉川市美沙酮维持治疗门诊受治退出者及其原因分析

Analysis on Reasons for Patient Drop-out from Methadone Maintenance Treatment in Hanchuan City

[目的]分析美沙酮维持治疗受治者退出原因,提高维持治疗率。[]对汉川市2006年9月29日至2010年5月汉川市疾病预防控制中心美沙酮维持治疗门诊退出美沙酮维持治疗的77例海洛因依赖者的退出原因进行分析。[结果]调查的77例中,退出原因为强制戒毒和劳教的占38.96%,自认为戒断的占23.58%,不明原因的占14.29%,异地工作和居住的占9.09%,各种原因死亡的占6.49%,违法犯罪判刑的占5.19%,违反门诊规定取消治疗资格的占2.60%。[结论]美沙酮维持治疗受治者退出的原因主要是强制戒毒和劳教、自认为戒断。

[Objective]To analyze the reasons for patient drop-out from MMT and improve the maintenance treatment rate.[Methods]Analysis was made on the survey result which drop-out from MMT treatment during September 29,2006 to May,2010.[Results]From 77 patients surveyed,38.96% were due to mandatory rehabilitation or sentence,23.58% considered they could get rid off the heroin by themselves,and unknown accounted for 14.29%.Moving to other cities to work or live accounted for 9.09%,death caused by different reasons accounted for 6.49%,sentences because of delinquency accounted for 5.19%,others accounted for 2.6%,maybe cancelled the treatment right because of breaking the rule for clinics.[Conclusion]The main reasons for patient drop-off the MMT are mandatory rehabilitation or sentence,or hope can get rid off heroin by themselves.
