2009年玉溪市艾滋病筛查实验室质量考评结果分析

Analysis on Quality Evaluation Results of HIV Test Laboratory in Yuxi City,2009

[目的]了解玉溪市区艾滋病筛查实验室质量管理情况,以利于健全确证实验室对各级筛查实验室的评价体系,更好地对筛查实验室的检测质量进行指导和监督。[方法]2009年8~11月由玉溪市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病确证实验室统一发放考评血清,各参评实验室对考评血清进行HIV抗体检测;采用实验室现场考核和调查问卷方式调查各参评实验室检测工作和职能工作的完成情况。[结果]16家实验室中6家成绩优秀,占37.50%;10家成绩良好,占62.50%。[结论]玉溪市艾滋病筛查实验室网络建设已经初步形成,室间质量评价体系基本适合我市艾滋病筛查实验室。

[Objective]To understand the quality control of HIV test laboratory,in order to facilitate and improve evaluation system on screening laboratories at all levels by confirmed laboratory,to better screening laboratory testing for quality guidance and supervision.[Methods]Yuxi CDC distributed the appraisal sera to all levels HIV/AIDS test laboratory,and all eligible laboratories conducted evaluation of serum HIV antibody testing;use of laboratory on-site examination and questionnaire survey methods to evaluate laboratory testing and the completion of the functions.[Results]6 got excellent results,accounting for 37.5%;10 performed well,accounting for 62.5%.[Conclusion]The AIDS screening laboratory network has been formed in Yuxi City,and the inter-room system of quality assessment is fit for HIV screening laboratories in Yuxi city.
