宜春市嫖客艾滋病高危性行为干预及效果分析

Intervention of AIDS High Risk Sexual Behavior and Effect Analysis among the Clients in Yichun City

[目的]了解《嫖客干预方案》的实施效果及宜春市嫖客的艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、行为状况,探索对嫖客的干预方法。[方法]在袁州区设立实验组,全市除袁州区外的九个县设对照组。实验组根据《嫖客干预方案》,在宜春市袁州区实施2年,方法包括性伴干预、嫖客同伴干预、其它干预;对照组未进行干预。[结果]调查实验组281人,对照组255人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率,实验组为93.42%,对照组为78.35%(P<0.01),最近6个月与性伴发生性关系时,"每次都使用"安全套者,实验组占59.07%,对照组占29.8%(P<0.05),最近6个月性伴数,≥5个者实验组70人,对照组113人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]《嫖客干预方案》实施两年取得了比较满意的效果,值得在全市乃至更大范围推广应用。

[Objective]To check the effect after the implementation of the program ＂ Intervention program for clients＂ as well as the awareness on AIDS related knowledge,behavior in order to explore effective intervention method in Yichun city.[Methods]Experiment group was set up in Yuanzhou district and other 9 counties were as control groups.Intervention was carried out based on ＂Intervention program for clients＂ for 2 years in Yuanzhou district,including intervention for sexual partners,clients peer intervention and other intervention.But intervention did not conduct in control group.[Results]Of the 281 and 255 persons investigated in experiment group and control group,the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 93.42% and 78.35% respectively（P0.01）.Condom use rate was 59.07% and 29.8% in experiment group and control group during the last 6 month sexual behavior（P0.05）.70 people in experiment group had 5 or more sexual partners but 113 people in control group.There was a difference（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The two year＇s implementation of ＂intervention program for clients＂ achieved satisfactory results.It can be popularized.
