整体提高高校学报质量是新世纪学报人面临的重大挑战。本文试图通过对中国高校学报产生的历史回顾及高校学报的整体现状分析,寻找到高校学报整体战略转型的新途径,同时展望高校学报未来发展模式。

The editors of the college journal are facing major challenges to improve the overall quality of the journals in the new century. This paper attempts to find new ways of overall strategic transformation of college journal by reviewing the history and analyzing the overall status of it. Meanwhile the author looks forward to the future development model of college journal.
