摘要
阐述了图书馆服务中以人为本的理念、内涵及人文精神,从图书馆建设中如何树立和践行以人为本的人文精神和服务理念、如何设置以人为本的格调布局、如何提供以人为本的高质量服务等方面进行了探讨并提出了设想。
This paper discusses the people - oriented theories, connotations and the thought of humanism in service of library. It puts forward some advice on how to foster the thinking of humanism, how to set up people - oriented circumstance, and how to provide high quality service.
