陕西电网调度员培训仿真一体化系统的研究

Dispatcher Training and Simulation Integration System in Shaanxi Power Grid

随着现代电力系统日益发展,电网的复杂程度越高,传统的依靠电力系统调度员的运行和处理事故的经验培训新的调度人员的方法,已不能满足现代电网发展速度和规模的要求。从陕西电力系统的现状入手,论述了陕西电网建设省地调电网调度员培训仿真(DTS)一体化系统的必要性及可行性,并提出了初步的设计方案。

Along with the increasing development of modern power system, traditional training mode which depends on power system dispatcher＇s experience can not meet the needs of the development speed and scale of the modern power grid. Based on Shaanxi electric power grid status, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility for building dispatcher training and simulation （DTS） integration system in Shaanxi power grid district dispatching center, and also puts forward the preliminary design scheme.
