摘要
通过对汉中电网运行控制现状的分析,按照国家电网公司《地(市)级智能电网调度技术支持系统应用功能规范》的要求,提出汉中电网运行集中监控系统建设的多种方案,并通过对比确定了地调、监控中心、县调一体化建设模式,实现了电网运行控制业务的集中与整合。
According to the Application Funciton Specificaiton of Technical Supporting System for Local Smart Power Grid Dispatching issued by the State Grid Corporation.through the analysis on the monitoring status for Hanzhong Power Grid operation. this paper gave several schemes of centralized monitoring system for Hanzhong Power Grid operation.determined the construetion mode of local dispatching.monitoring centre and country dispatching integration,and slso realized the concentration and integration of control service of Hanzhong Power Grid operation.
