有机高分子缓蚀剂的研究进展

使用和添加缓蚀剂已成为防腐蚀技术中应用最为广泛的方法之一。其中有机型缓蚀剂具有良好的缓蚀效果和较高的经济效益,成为缓蚀剂研究的热点。聚合物缓蚀剂易在底物表面形成单层或多层致密的保护膜,因而相对于低分子缓蚀剂而言具有高效、持久、环保等优点,已成为当前缓蚀剂领域的研究热点之一。目前,伴随环保意识的增强以及人们对生活品质的高要求开发绿色环保型高分子缓蚀阻垢剂具有重要意义。文中对缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理和对环境无污染的高分子缓蚀剂的制备类型以及发展趋势进了综述。

The use of inhibitors is one of the most practical methods for protection against corrosion.Numerous researches on corrosion inhibition using organic compounds have been reported due to its highly efficient and cost-effective.It was possessed the highly active、duration and environmental protection because of the monolayer or multilayer compact protecting films formed on the surface of the substrate versus to the low molecular corrosion inhibitor.It was significant to exploit environmental type polymer corrosion inhibitors followed the enhancement of the environmental consciousness and the high requirement of the life quality.It was summarized the mechanism of the polymer corrosion inhibitors and the preparations of free from contamination polymer corrosion inhibitors as well as development tendency in this article.
