摘要
乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病是儿童口腔科临床工作中的常见病、多发病,是引起牙体缺损、牙列缺失的主要原因,严重影响患儿的身心健康。乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病的治疗原则与其解剖生理特征及儿童心理特点密切相关。本文旨在结合笔者的临床经验及国内外文献,对乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病的治疗原则、方法及临床注意事项等进行评述,并强调根管治疗术在其中的重要性和必要性。
Summary：Infection and inflammation of pulp and peri- apical tissue of primary tooth is very common clinical phenom- enon in pediatric stomatology, which is the main cause of re- sidual tooth and dentition defect and exerts a serious influence on the physical and mental health of children. Therapeutic principles for children are closely associated with the distin- guishing anatomic features of deciduous tooth and the state of children＇s mind. This paper summarizes current treatment for pulpitis and periapical periodontitis of children based on the authors＂ experience and relevant literature, emphasizing the importance as well as the essentiality of root canal therapy.
