“公英散”对奶牛乳房炎的临床治疗效果观察

Clinical Effect of "Gong Ying San" for Cow Mastitis

笔者于2009年4月11日至8月27日在邯郸市某乳业公司牧场采用三种方法医治了63头患乳房炎的泌乳奶牛,采用三种方法进行治疗。方法一:用"公英散"每头500g灌服处理了21头病牛;方法二:对每患病乳室注射氨苄西林钠5g处理21头病牛;方法三:对每患病乳室注射头孢噻呋2g处理21头病牛。记录五天后的观察结果,比较各种药物对奶牛乳房炎的治愈情况。通过对治疗效果分析表明,三组处理方法对乳房炎均有一定的疗效,但方法一即使用"公英散"治愈效果较为明显,且为纯中药方剂,在兽医临床上有推广应用意义。

The author treated 63 lactational cows with mastitis by three different methods in Handan city on Apr.11th to Aug.27th,2009.Dived 63 cows to 3 gourps.Group 1,treated 21 sick cows by feeding ＂Gong Ying San＂,500g per cow daily for 5 days.Gourp 2,treated 21 sick cows with Ampicillin Sodium by intramammary infusion,5g per infected quarter daily for 5 days.Group 3,treated 21 cows with Ceftiofur by intramammary infusion.Took observation record for 5 days,and then compared the effect of three treatments.The results showed the three methods have curative effect on mastitis.Especially ＂Gong Ying San＂ has obvious curative effect.Because it is pure herb medicine,it has a significance in veterinary clinic.
