摘要
目的建立加拿大一枝黄花不同部位中酚类化合物含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,检测波长为360 nm,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果加拿大一枝黄花花中酚类化合物的含量较其他部位高。结论本方法操作简便、快速、可靠、易行、重复性好,适合加拿大一枝黄花不同部位中酚类化合物的含量测定。
Objective To develop the method for determination of phenolic compounds from different fractions of Solidago Canadensis. Methods Contents of phenolic compounds were determined by HPLC. The absorption was set at 360 nm and analysis was carried out at 30 ℃on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 um). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water, using a gradient program and the flow rate was kept at 1.0 mL/min. Results Contents of phenolic compounds in flower were higher than those in other fractions. Conclusion The developed HPLC assays were effective, accurate and reliable, and could be readily utilized for determination of phenolic compounds from different fractions of Solidago Canadensis.
