The Construction of Rural Party Branches in the North China Anti-Japanese Base

华北抗日根据地在加强农村基层支部建设上,坚持按村级行政区域设置党的支部,克服支部设置上的混乱现象。在斗争实践中,积极创新支部的组织形式,推动支部工作的进步,并及时调整支部的领导成分,保障了党的性质和支部的战斗力。这一切,为中国共产党的基层组织建设提供和积累了丰富的经验。

In respect of the construction of rural party branches,the North China Anti-Japanese Base insisted on establishing branches according to the administrative regional division of villages,getting rid of the confusion in setting party branches. In the practice of struggle, it actively innovated the organizational form of party branches to promote their work. In addition,it adjusted the leadership composition of party branches timely, ensuring the nature of the party and the battle effectiveness of party branches. All these efforts have provided and accumulated enriched experiences for the basic-level organizational construction of the CPC.
