鄱阳湖生态经济区环湖区人口经济发展与劳动力转移

The Population and Economic Development and the Transfer of Labor in the Areas around the Lake in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone

本文选取"鄱阳湖生态经济区"的南昌县、新建县、进贤县、九江县、永修县、德安县、星子县、都昌县、湖口县、余干县、鄱阳县11个环湖县为样本,对其人口与经济发展的现状进行分析研究,发现环湖区人口、就业与经济发展不协调。解决问题的对策是:发展生态经济,做大经济总量,促进农村劳动力从农业向非农产业转移,提高就业率,实行人口、就业与经济发展间的均衡,从而促进环湖区各县经济的均衡、可持续发展。

Eleven counties in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone are selected as samples in this paper. They are Nanchang County, Xinjiang County, Jinxian County, Jiujiang County, Yongxiu County, De’an County, Xingzi County, Duchang County, Hukou County, Yugan County, and Poyang County around the Poyang Lake. The analysis of the status quo of population and economic development in these counties demonstrates that the development of population and employment is not harmonious with the economic development in the areas around the lake. To solve this problem, we should develop the ecological economy, enlarge the economic aggregate, promote the labor transfer from agriculture to non-agriculture industries, raise the employment rate, and realize the balance between population, employment and economic development, thus promoting the balanced sustainable development of economy in the counties around the lake.
