摘要
设计了一种用于电镀电源的全桥移相控制软开关DC/DC变换器的主电路,析了超前桥臂和滞后桥臂实现零电压开关的设计原理,使用TMS320LF2407A作为主控芯片,及IGBT作为主开关,试制了一台24kw/20kHz的样机,实现了数字移相控制及全桥变换零电压软开关,实验波形验证控制方案的正确性与有效性。
This paper presents a design of the main circuit of the soft-switch DC/DC converter based on full- bridge phase-shifted control for electroplate power supply. The paper analyzes the realization of ZVS in ahead bridge and lagging bridge. At last, a digital control system using TMS320LF2407A as the main control chip is designed to achieve digital control algorithm, as well as ZVS for IGBT. The 24kW/20kHz prototype is also designed. The experimental waveforms show the validity of the control method.
