癫痫患者情感障碍与生活质量影响因素的分析

Analysis on influencing factor of emotion disturbance to quality of life of epilepsy patients

目的调查和分析影响癫痫患者生活质量的相关因素，为采取相应措施以提高癫痫患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法采用癫痫患者生活质量表-31（中文版）对65例来我院癫痫中心就诊和住院的癫痫患者，对可能影响患者生活质量的相关因素进行分析。结果年龄、性别、病程、文化程度均对患者生活质量有影响，在诸多影响因素中，以年龄、病程、文化程度最易引发患者情感障碍。结论影响癫痫患者生活质量的因素包括年龄、性别、病程、文化程度等，而这些因素又可与患者的情感障碍、心智相关。而焦虑与抑郁造成的情感障碍是影响患者生活质量重要原因之一。

Objective To investigate and analyze the impact of related factors on the quality of life （ QOL ） in epilepsy patients, providing the appropriate measures to improve the QOL for epilepsy patients. Methods QOL-31 （ Chinese version ） was carried out to 65 cases of epilepsy patients in our epilepsy center clinic, investigating possible related affecting factors to the QOL of patients. Results The QOL influencing factors were age, gender, course of disease and degree of education, and age, course of disease and degree of education could induce emotion disturbance the most easily. Conclusion The QOL factors such as age, gender, course of disease and degree of education are also connected with mental condition and emotion disturbance of patients. And the emotion disturbance caused by anxiety and depression is one of the important reasons that affect QOL of patients.
