摘要
目的为浅海海洋石油作业实践探索简单实用的评价方法。方法分析浅海石油作业过程中接触的职业病危害因素的危害级别,定性定量分析不同职业病危害发生可能性和不同暴露级别下工人的健康风险。结果定性分析,不采取防护措施时硫化氢职业病危害发生的可能性为高,健康风险为马上整改;采取防护措施后,暴露级别为低,健康风险降为低。烷烃类职业病危害发生可能性为低,健康风险为无或非常低;暴露级别为低,健康风险为低。硫化氢定量风险值为30,健康风险是潜在的,需收集信息和/(或)加强监控。讨论该方法适用于现场健康风险的初步判定,需一定的职业安全知识和技能。
[Objective] To explore simple and practical method for evaluation of offshore oil operations practice.[Methods]The harmful levels of occupational hazards in process of oil operations in the offshore were analyzed.The possibility of occurrence of different occupational hazards and health risk of workers under different exposure levels were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.[Results]Qualitative analysis showed The possibility of occurrence of occupational hazard of hydrogen sulfide was high without protective measures,health risk was identified as the immediate rectification.After adoption of preventive measures,exposure level was low and health risk level decreased.The possibility of occurrence of occupational hazard of alkane was low,and the health risk level was none or extremely low;exposure level was low,the health risk level was low.Quantitative risk value of hydrogen sulfide was 30,the health risk was potential which needed information collection and/or monitoring enhancement.[Conclusion]This method is suitable for preliminary on-site determination of health risks,and requires some occupational safety knowledge and skills.
