志贺毒素2防治研究进展

摘要 肠出血性大肠埃希菌(EHEC)O157∶H7于1975年被首次分离,为革兰阴性杆菌,对酸耐受性强,在pH值为3~5条件下,可长期生存,能产生致死性志贺毒素(shiga toxin,Stx),自EHEC O157∶H7于1982年被确认为致病菌以来,
