下鼻甲低温等离子减容术对鼻腔功能的影响 被引量:4

The Effect of Coblation Inferior Turbinate Reduction on Nasal Mucosa and Ventilation Function

摘要 目的探讨低温等离子下鼻甲减容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的能量大小和消融时间选择。方法将48例患者随机分成四组,分别用3档10s(A组)、4档10s(B组)、5档10s(C组)、3档20s(D组)行CITR手术,测定患者手术前后的鼻腔黏膜纤毛传送速率和鼻阻塞视觉模拟评分并进行组间比较。结果 D组的术后鼻腔黏膜纤毛传送速率明显低于术前,A组术后鼻阻塞的VAS明显高于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行下鼻甲CITR操作时,应选4~5档能量,持续10s时间为宜。 Objective To investigate the best level and time of energy for coblation inferior turbinate reduction(CITR)in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods 48 patients were randomly divided into four groups. CITR was operated with energy level 3 for 10 seconds(group A),level 4 for 10 seconds(group B),level 5 for 10 seconds(group C)and energy level 3 for 20 seconds(group D). The nasal mucociliary transfer rate and visual analogue scale of nasal obstruction before and after surgery were measured and compared between groups. Results The postoperative nasal mucociliary transfer rate of group D was significantly lower than the rate before the operation. The postoperative VAS of nasal obstruction of group A was significantly higher than other groups,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The energy level 4-5 lasting for 10 seconds is appropriate for CITR.
