摘要
从目前电子布化学处理中所用的硅烷汇总分析中看到,各类硅烷偶联剂中有相当多的单一硅烷偶联剂也是二种硅烷之混合物,笔者提示完全可以自主、自觉、有意识地选用二种硅烷复配,并引入特殊的氟碳表活剂和碳氢类表活剂达到提高润湿性能、渗透性能、充分发挥处理剂各组分之作用,提升电子布处理品质。
we can see from the silane meta-analysis used in chemical processing of the electronic cloth.There is quite a lot of single silane coupling agent among all kinds of silane coupling agent,that is also the mixture of two kinds of silane coupling agent.The author tips are that choose two kinds of silane to blend with independently and consciously,and which introduce special fluorocarbon surfactant and hydrocarbon surfactant to improve wettability and permeability,and giving full play to the role of various components,and raising the quality of the electronic cloth.
