运用马斯洛需要层次论指导护理对肠造口术后患者的影响

Effect of Masloe＇s hierarchy of needs theory on nursing of patients after colostomy

目的 探讨马斯洛需要层次论指导护理对肠造口术后患者的影响.方法 选择肠造口术后患者68例,随机分平均为治疗组和对照组.治疗组在患者护理过程中采用马斯洛需要层次论指导,对照组采用传统的护理理论护理,比较两组的疗效.结果 能正确护理肠造口的人数,对照组有19人,治疗组有32人,两组比较差异具有极显著性（P＜0.01） 能保持良好心态的人数,对照组是21人,治疗组是30人,两组比较差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 运用马斯洛需要层次论对肠造口术后患者实施分层次护理,提高了治疗的有效率,同时也提高了病人的满意度和生活质量.

Objective To explore the effect of Masloe＇s hierarchy of needs theory on the nursing of patients after colostomy. Metbonds Selected 68 patients after colostomy and randomly dividedthem into treatment group and control group. During the nursing process, the treatment group used Masloe＇s hierarchy of needs theory as guideline, and guided the nursing on the control group with traditional nursing theory. The outcome of the treatment was compared. Results The efficacy of these patients received nursing with Masloe＇s Hierarchy of needs theory as guideline was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Masloe＇s Hierarchy of needs＇ nursing can remarkably improve therapeutic effec t of the colostomy patients and improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
