摘要
目的分析某精细化工企业存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病防护措施的防护效果,提出改进对策。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行评价。结果该扩建项目是一种新型高活性杀生剂生产项目,存在的主要职业病危害因素为乙酸乙酯、甲醇、液氨、氯气、氯化氢、液体氢氧化钠和甲苯、二甲苯及噪声等,属于严重职业病危害项目。结论该项目针对化工企业跑、冒、滴、漏的特点,都采取了相应的控制措施,调查与检测结果证实,现有职业病危害的治理措施是可行的。
[Objective]To analyze the occupational hazard factors in a fine chemical factory,evaluate the effect of protective measures for occupational diseases,and put forward the improvement countermeasures.[Methods]The field occupational health investigation,occupational health detection and occupational physical examination were adopted to evaluate.[Results]This expansion project is constructed for a new high-active pesticide production,the main occupational hazard factors are ethyl acetate,methanol,liquid ammonia,chlorine gas,hydrogen chloride,liquid hydrogen of sodium,methylbenzene,dimethyl benzene,and noise.This is a project with serious occupational hazards.[Conclusion]The measures were carried out according to the characteristic of leakage,spillover and drop in the chemical factory.The results of investigation and detection show that the control measures for occupational hazards are feasible.
